Shipping and Delivery

Availability Definitions:

The list of availability options you may see while shopping on Royalsonic.com is defined below. These definitions apply only to items sold and shipped by Royalsonic.com. If the availability of an item changes after you place your order, we shall intimate you via e-mail.

In Stock:

The item in stock means that the item is in hand and we positively will have it shipped within same day or next business day on receipt of the payment of the order.

Out of Stock:

If the item is out of stock, it means that it is temporarily out of stock but can be made available on your purchase order. If you place an order for an out of stock item, we will send you an e-mail with the expected delivery date as soon as we have that information from our suppliers.

Delivery Address:

Delivery is at the address specified by you when placing your order. The goods shall be delivered via post or Courier

Shipping costs:

Shipping charges are calculated as per the product weight and destination and are displayed before you complete your order on-line on Royalsonic.com. Please refer the table below for shipping charges:

For other country shipping charges, please refer to the shipping calculator available on My cart page. If you order multiple items, you might receive separate shipments depending on the availability of the goods at our end. Delivery charges for the entire order will be charged when you place the order.

Tracing your Order:

At any point after placing an order, if you wish to check the status of your order, please visit the order status on our Home Page to get the delivery status of your order. You can also send us an email at [email protected] to get your order/delivery status.

Export Conditions:

The customer will be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the import of the Goods outside of Taiwan. The payment of any duties shall be paid by customer.

We have no control over VAT and related customs duties and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

Delivery Problems:

Incorrect or damaged:

If you receive a wrong item or an item in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours.

Item delay or not received:

We do our best to meet the delivery times specified in the site. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. If your ordered item is late or not received please contact us with your order number so that we can provide the status and help you trace your shipment.
