Returns & Refund

Non-defective product(s)

1.Should you change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We will cancel your order and refund you the payment as your request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping (including the original shipping, handling and return postage), and 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

2. If the product is requested to return after 7 days of receiving, we reserve the right of twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

3. We try our best to provide you with the desired products as soon as possible. In case you receive wrong products due to our shipping error, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after receiving the return products.

Defective product(s)

1. All our products have 6 months warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned within 6 months from the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Please do not return them directly to us without getting RMA number. It may make it difficult for us to find your transaction record and thus would  delay exchange or refund process.

2. Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise no replacement or refund will be made.

3. If the products are over the warranty period or misused, it will be void to get a replacement or refund.

4. The original shipping, handling and return postage will not be refunded.

RMA Procedure

1. Please ensure to keep the packet and the documents enclosed in the packet carefully as they would be required by us in case you return the item received from us.

2. Call or email our customer service department for RMA number. It will be appreciated if you can provide your name, email address, phone and invoice. We will issue RMA number to you by email.

3. You need to return the item in the original packet received by you from us along with the documents.

4.Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package and send it back to us. We will not be responsible for any consequence caused if customers do not mark the RMA as requested. Please note that you should be responsible for the loss of shipment. You can insure the package to reduce potential loss that you may suffer.

5. Please do not send the RMA package by DHL/ Fedex / UPS / TNT etc. Please send by general Air post.

Return Shipping Charges

Customer need to arrange the shipping of the RMA merchandise. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product for any reason.
