Warranty Policy

We WARRANT our product to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of 6 months from date of delivery. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If new goods develop fault during 6 month warranty period, you should follow our Returns & Refund procedure.

In the event of a valid claim for a defect in the goods, we may choose following option:

• Repair those goods or

• Replace those goods with fresh unit. 

Items Damaged in shipping

If any items were damaged in shipping, we ask that you report it to us within 5 days (please note that this is 2 days for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it is best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the item is received back into our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. 

Items dead on Arrival

If you received an item faulty on arrival, you have 7 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once the item is received back into our warehouse and we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. Please note that we test return items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

This warranty is void if the product is:

A. Damaged through negligence, misused, abuse, or accident.

B. Repaired by anyone other than Royalsonic personnel.

C. The serial number or sticker on the product is missing, defaced, or modified in any manner.

D. Damaged due to connection to the equipment of other incompatible manufacturers or improper installation.

This warranty does not cover:

A. Damage to the system or parts of other manufacturers added to or connected to the product.

B. Any costs incurred in shipping the product to us.

C. Damage or improper operation of the product caused by customer abuse, negligence.
